Allan Melkesian has a well-balanced diverse Real Estate/Property Management background. From Planning, Permitting & development of Common Interest projects, as well as commercial construction projects. In addition to residential and commercial development, Allan was the Director of Community Development for the City of San Jose. With his strong background, Allan is a great asset for all areas of your community management needs. Being a California native Allan enjoys spending his free time camping throughout California and coaching his children’s little league teams. His Family is an active member of his church in Mountain View and participates in the San Mateo County 4H program with his two kids.
Sr. Community Manager/Co-Founder
Graham Cramb has been managing commercial and residential community properties in the Bay Area for over 22 years. He is certified and active with the National Organization for Community Management, Community Association Institute, as well as actively participating in forums and legislative action groups for the benefit of Common Interest Developments in California. Graham brings a wealth of experience to Communities with his credentials as a Certified Manager of Community Associations and also his California Real Estate License. Prior to founding Grayson Community Management, Graham was President and CEO of a bottled water company, which has given him the opportunity to develop strong business relationships throughout the greater Bay Area. Graham enjoys spending time with his family skiing, hiking and traveling throughout the Western States and Canada.
Katie Tuttle, our Director of Operations, has a decade of administrative experience, including working with 200 vendors at GCM, and five years of property management. She is capable of using industry-standard software systems such as Caliber and Strongroom. In addition, Katie handles all 1099s, 1096s and annual financial reviews, as well as tax returns.
Our Accountant brings over 15 years of experience in accounting management from corporate level to small-mid size businesses. She comes to Grayson Community Management currently from an Ecommerce Company based in Silicon Valley with a national customer database, where she performs and supervises all accounting functions for a 500+ customer database and 700+ vendor accounts. She has worked with all levels of professionals in various sectors in Silicon Valley including Ecommerce office furnishings, Commercial Escrow, manufacturing, prototype model makers, distribution and import/export. She has worked with CEO’s, attorneys, overseas manufacturers, and CPAs who perform the annual financial tax returns and audits. Grayson Community Management along with our accountant will ensure that all financial transactions and reports are in full compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), as well as with the Davis-Stirling Act, the federal law that governs homeowners associations.
Lyn Dela Merced has twenty years of solid experience in accounting work. Having a degree in accountancy, she has proved her aptitude in her chosen field of expertise. Her long experience in previous companies before joining Grayson gives her insight in simplifying our processes, making difficult jobs much easier for our staff. Her strong analytical skills and high audit sense saves time and makes the work accurate. Her work covers reconciliations, annual budgeting and remote A/P, using industry-standard accounting systems and softwares. Lyn also provides a great team spirit, making her easy to work with.

Senior Community Manager, San Francisco
Abel Hernandez acquired almost ten years of his experience as Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor at Eugene Burger HOA Management. In addition to his daily property management tasks, he was responsible for overseeing a crew of ten maintenance technicians. He had been certified for High Rise Emergency Planning by the City of San Francisco. He also received Emergency Fire Life Safety Certification from the Local 29 Fire Department in San Francisco, and completed the Electrical Application Program at San Francisco City College as well. Moreover, his experience in computer programming serves him well in his success as an organized and detail-attentive project manager.
Senior Community Manager
Kaycee is one of our Senior Community Managers. Over the past ten years, she has been working in the HOA industry, while still being able to manage a number of local businesses in South Bay as well. Her determination to solve problems in a customer-friendly manner contribute to her success with the HOA Communities she handles. Kaycee’s level of service treats these communities as her own.
Community Manager, Fremont and San Mateo
Tony Malsolm as Community Manager with five years of property management experience, as well as twenty years running his own business. He consistently strives to provide the best quality of service to his clients. With his gentleman’s touch, he has coordinated many renovation and capital projects with some of our most particular clients. He is based in GCM Fremont and San Mateo Offices.
In addition to the above mentioned staff, GCM also has 15 full-time Community Managers, currently supporting Bay Area communities.
