San Jose, CA (March 29, 2021) Grayson Community Management (GCM), a provider of HOA management services across the Bay Area, announced Francisco Martinez’s promotion to Senior Community Manager.
He will continue having the primary responsibility of managing Westside Manor Homeowners Association (186 Units – San Jose, CA) and the Community of Eagle Ridge Owners Association (1,000 Units – Gilroy, CA).
“Francisco has always been clear, concise, and professional when dealing with Board members and GCM staff – a great communicator that is!” said Allan Melkesian, President of GCM.
Mr. Martinez joined the company in September 2020 as a Community Manager and quickly adapted to several management roles.
He lives in Gilroy, CA with his wife and their seven children.
