The Community of Eagle Ridge Owners Association’s New Management Company

San Jose, CA: In September 2020, Grayson Community Management (GCM) was awarded as the new HOA management company of the Community of Eagle Ridge Owners Association, a 1000-unit residential project in Gilroy, CA.

Daniel Rivera (Senior Community Manager, GCM) and Francisco Martinez (Community Manager, GCM) were assigned as point persons to closely work with the Eagle Ridge Board in all administrative, financial, and helpdesk support.

For the past 18 years, GCM has been focusing on personalized management of Homeowners Associations, maximizing modern technology in providing traditional customer care.

GCM honors the trust the Eagle Ridge Board granted them to take on this monumental task of providing a higher level of service than other management companies.
