We dedicate a Community Manager to attend Board meetings and assign a second Community Manager who interacts with the Board from the office
9-5 during the week.

We dedicate ourselves to superior customer service by answering homeowner calls directly and providing guaranteed response within 24 hours and usually same day. Of course, emergency issues are responded to immediately 24/7.
We welcome a Board member to join on our monthly Property Inspections and will send a written report with photographs of any issues.
Two Board members will have access to Strongroom, our online accounts payables platform.
Our in-house Community Management software allows Board members to log in and view status on work orders, projects, violations, collections, and more.
We use a single Board member as point of contact for our Board email group.
Board Packets will be sent electronically or Hard copies mailed one week before the Board meeting.
