
We are looking for an HOA Community Manager
The HOA Community Manager will act as the face and voice of the community and should be a “people person” with excellent customer service skills.
For this position, we are seeking an individual with at least 5-10 years of working experience who has knowledge of general property management.
This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, at our office with WORK-FROM-HOME flexibility.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages a portfolio of communities that includes planned unit developments (single-family homes), condominiums/townhomes, and apartments.
- Schedules and facilitates committee and board meetings.
- Attends and participates in Board of Directors meetings, monthly/annual meetings, or other meetings required by the Management Agreement.
- Prepares and sends notices, including agendas, election timelines, board packets, meeting minutes, violation letters, and approval/denial of AVR letters.
- Quickly resolves the timely repair and maintenance of the properties.
- Oversees all aspects of the client’s relationship with our company to ensure success and retention.
- Coordinates and manages the following processes:
- Architectural Application Review
- Claims Administration
- Rules Enforcement
- Approves/verifies accounts payable invoices.
- Guides, mentors, and assists the respective Board of Directors (BOD) to make sound, prudent, and lawful business decisions.
- Directs workflow to Assistant Managers and helps with their development.
- Employs company support staff in daily tasks in an efficient and respectful manner.
Successful Candidates Must Have (Required Skills):
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with superior multi-tasking skills.
- Team player, as you will be supervising two to three associates.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.
- Knowledge of Strongroom and CINC Systems – A plus! Preferred but not required.
